This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which IPC Management Ltd t/a Infection Prevention Solutions (IPS) and Infection Control Training Ltd (ICT) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the IPS website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by both companies, IPS and ICT.

We may collect personal identification information from Users, mainly company or organisations in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

Almost all our users are business related purchases.

How can you manage your Data?

IPC Management Ltd give you full control to edit any data stored in our system.

If you ever wanted to delete your personal details if they exist, we would delete all data we store related to you six months after the cancellation request day. The same applies to marketing campaigns.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent users personal or company identification information to others. We WILL NEVER share generic aggregated demographic information about any business trading with our site and or a personal user.  We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or email campaigns and processing payments.  We send our email campaigns for legitimate business reasons and do that from the IPC Management Office and do not send your date to any third parties.

We do not allow any advertising or third parties websites linked to our website.

Compliance with children’s online privacy protection act

NO children use our website and would not have a need to use our website this is a business to business website only.

IPC Management Ltd has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page and send you an email. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the company and any personal information we collect.
