Infection Prevention and Control Policies and Safe Practice Manual Diagnostics Services

Providers of healthcare are required, by CQC, to have policies as listed in the Code of practice for the prevention & control of infections, and this includes providers of Diagnostic Services such policies are included in this Manual which have been tailored to this setting,  including those providing minor procedure services.  We can also take out policies you prefer to not have in your manual however all policies included in this manual have been designed for providers of Diagnostic Services. When ordering, ask us to call you before we print to discuss the removal of any policies you wish not to have in your manual.
